1. All charms are made to order and therefore are unique. 7 days after an order has been placed we cannot accept cancellation as production would have already started. Changes are possible if production has not been started. Please note packaging and postage is non refundable.  We can only accept goods that are faulty and these will be replaced or repaired.
2. We reserve the right to photograph your item and use it in our publicity ie website and flyers etc. Please inform us at time of ordering if you do not wish to do so.
3. We will try our best to put your chosen inscription on the charm in the chosen placement. This may not be possible due to space limitations. We reserve the right to place the inscription where we feel is the best alternative.
4. Please be aware this is a family run company and all items are made in our studio and  have a hand crafted look about them. Please inspect all jump rings and fittings and contact us with any concerns.
5. The fingerprint technique can be used many times in the five minutes. Please be aware that the impression you send us will be what we will be able to make. If you are having difficulties taking a clear print please contact us and we will try to help.
6. All silicone casts and images can be saved for 12 months for future jewellery purchases. Please contact us if you wish us to keep yours. After 12 months these will be destroyed.
7. All jewellery will be completed within 30 days. Please contact us if you need the item quicker and we will try our best. All jewellery will be hallmarked 99.9. Silver.
